What's My Funnel? Is Happening on Friday!
The CLASSIFIEDS own VIP member @Liisa Reimann is presenting a masterclass you won't want to miss. She recently presented to my other paid group, and it was gold. Here's what she has to say: Whose Marketing Plan Are You Actually Following? Some people can walk into a networking event and leave with three leads. Some can write one LinkedIn post and start five conversations. Some are brilliant teaching a room, where others would rather chew glass. So why are we all being handed basically the same client-getting playbook? Post consistently. Build a lead magnet. Grow your list. Send emails. Build a funnel. Repeat forever. Does that make you want to scream? In this masterclass, we’re going to look at the different ways you car create a path to clients—and how to figure out which path makes sense for your business, your buyers, and YOU. Because the best funnel isn’t necessarily the fanciest, the most complex, or the ultra-automated. It’s the one YOU can actually use to get clients.

Thanks! Is there a link for this one?
How 150 members made 1,300 activities in a single day 😳
Small community. Under 150 members. One day it clocked 1,300 activities. No new course. No fancy funnel. No 200-lesson classroom. Just conversations engineered on purpose. We got people in, activated them on day 1, and gave them a reason to talk instead of just consume. One operator I helped this way launched with 150+ paid members in month 1. Another had a "dead" community come back to life with 700 members. The wild part? When you give that much value, people start asking how they can pay you. I had one post, just me helping, turn into a premium upgrade on the spot. Content isn't the moat. AI writes content for pennies now. The moat is one human noticing another. I'm putting the actual system behind this activation, engineered engagement, the daily operator routine inside the Memberflow Operator community. What's the one thing that unexpectedly spiked engagement in YOUR community?

🚨 BREAKING NEWS: I have made another questionable business decision.
There are 9 Lifetime Premium spots left. After that? ➡️ It becomes $9/month. Here's the really dumb part... 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝘀𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝟱𝟬% 𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀. So if you refer two people your membership is basically free forever. I built Memberflow because I got tired of playing: 🕵️ FBI Agent 📊 Spreadsheet Archaeologist 🧠 “Wait...did I already welcome that person?” Now my extension tells me exactly who needs attention, what to do next, and helps me stop neglecting my community while pretending I'm "being productive." If you run a Skool community, this was literally built for you. If not… Carry on. Nothing to see here. 👀 (Except the 9 people about to steal the lifetime deal.) 👇 Join before Future You starts paying monthly: https://www.skool.com/memberflow-community-operator/about

Starting a 7 day mini-challenge for Dads! Being aware of auto-pilot with the kids.
Ever been sitting next to your child while thinking about work, scrolling your phone, or replaying problems in your head? You're physically there, but mentally somewhere else. Auto-pilot feels like being in the room but not really present. So common for Dads with young kids! I've learnt that super small things can make a BIG difference. This mini-challenge is simply to be aware of the moments where we are on auto-pilot with our children. Not necessarily to make big changes, but just to notice the moments when we are with our kids - they might be speaking to us, just near us, sitting next to us. Are we engaged or on auto-pilot? Present and connecting in, or away with the fairies. Change happens much more successfully together, so jump on the challenge by leaving a green tick below and checking in for the next 7 days! Join us in the challenge for free at skool.com/dads

The most common question I hear from parents
“Is my teen struggling, or is this just normal teenage behaviour?” It’s one of the most common questions parents ask me. And one of the hardest to answer. Some teens become quieter. Some become angry. Some spend more time alone. Some seem completely fine. Parents are left wondering: Am I overreacting? Am I underreacting? Should I be worried? The truth is that uncertainty can be exhausting. You don’t need to have all the answers. More than 10,000 parents have taken the Teen Signal Check in the last 90 days. 55% scored GREEN 30% scored YELLOW 15% scored RED Find out your child's colour and then check out When Something Feels Off

I help men with young kids in their toughest season of life, so they don't look back with regret about the husband, father, and man they are becoming.
