I let my skates rock ~till my skates pop!
Finally replaced my Chicago Skates of 10 years. I researched for 2 weeks and had to come to a decision within my budget! For 60 bucks! I had my heart set on the floral Impalas but I thought these Papaisson “leather uppers” would sustain. When I become an intermediate skater, I will get suede! But for now, I’m content. I need to break them in a bit!

We all get here if we are lucky. Here being 55+. I know for a fact that roller skating is adding YEARS to my life and health to my lifespan. Can I get an Amen 🙌🏻

My skates came! I’m so happy. I’ve been marching and doing bubbles around my house for the past two days. 😄 I am super awkward, but I’m happy to be learning. 😊
