Feel good for the sake of feeling good and everything else will take care of itself. How many of us do that? Just feel good for the sake of it? Wake up in the morning and make the conscious decision to be happy for the day? Or even for the first hour and build it up from there? How about we try that? Maybe...gulp as I'm not a morning person!...we have a live get together in the morning, say 6.30/7am for 10 minutes just to set our mindset for the day and do it for 2 weeks.
