The beginning of my tai chi experience has been very positive. I can follow the teacher’s instructions quite well, and they truly help a lot.Since the exercises are new to me, I can only move slowly, and I’ll need plenty of practice before I’m ready for a live class. But with the recorded lessons I can pause, repeat, and take my time, so for now this is the best way for me.Thank you sincerely — there are many apps out there that are not serious, while your lessons are without doubt very serious
