Clara helped me simplify
I was about to create a new freebie. I had the idea. The purpose. The audience. And then I paused. I am building and launching a programme this month. This week, I am opening conversations around it. Creating something new would have felt productive. But it would have divided my attention. So instead of asking what else I could add, I asked what needs my full attention. The answer was simple. Episode 254: The Most Dangerous Business Advice I've Heard This Year If I was starting from scratch in 2026... I'd build a community. I'd use AI. I'd create interactive tools. I'd do collaborations. I'd start a podcast. I'd focus on SEO. I'd do all of it. But I still wouldn't skip the email list. Not a chance. Curious... why are YOU building an email list? Iโ€™m building my email list to give more specific value and to invite people into what Iโ€™m offering or doing. Itโ€™s going slowly but I do believe that itโ€™s essential
