Niche Clarity
I recently got some feedback that if I make my niche a little clearer and more specific, I could attract more of the right customers. At the moment, I think my niche is not bad for a beginner, but I’m considering narrowing it down and making the message more focused. Have any of you changed or refined your niche and noticed better results afterward?

@Michael Reichert Absolutely. I think refining your niche can make a big difference because it helps the right people recognize that your offer is specifically for them. I’ve seen that getting more specific with your message can improve both engagement and the quality of the people you attract. I’d definitely recommend testing a narrower niche and seeing how the results change.
Three of the Six Took the Year
six people came into Community Income Mastermind this week. five joined, one upgraded. three of the six took the annual 🤩 that's not a coincidence, and it's worth explaining, because it's the last useful thing i can tell you before prices change tomorrow. WHO TAKES THE YEAR? - people who've been at this for a while - they've already lived through the month where nothing happened - so they stopped expecting the fast version, they know it is gonna take some time before they see the results THIS TAKES LONGER THAN ANYONE TOLD YOU - getting to $5k+ per month is gonna take months - not days. not weeks. not "one funnel away." - it might be less than 12 months. i hope it is less than that. but if you get your expectations low, everything else is gonna be a pleasant surprise WHY ANNUAL MAKE SENSE - obviously, you save sh*t ton of money 💰 - pay monthly and you'll judge this in 30-day chunks. that's just what monthly billing does to your brain. - you'll hit day 28 of a slow month, decide it isn't working, and cancel two weeks before the thing you started in month one starts to move. annual isn't me squeezing more out of you. it's me removing that decision. THE SIMPLE MATHS - annual is $197 today. monthly is $37, so the year pays for itself at five and a half months. - tomorrow annual is $497. so today $197 buys you a year. tomorrow it buys you two months. whatever you join at is your price for as long as you keep the subscription running. if you're genuinely sure you'll be done in three months, take the monthly. no shame. but if you are in this for the long run, take the year and stop counting. ➡️ join Community Income Mastermind $197/year (or $37/m). prices change tomorrow, 12pm Jerusalem time; that's 10 am London, 5 am New York.. 7-day free trial still there, cancel anytime. p.s. this is post 7 in a series of 8. last one tonight. p.p.s. glad to have @Marc Green part of the CIM crew

@Lidia Axe Absolutely, that makes a lot of sense. It’s not just about the upfront cash, but getting people committed for the long term and giving the community a more consistent group of members. Definitely a win-win for everyone.

@Krisztián Nagy I agree. Trust definitely plays a big role. People are more comfortable committing annually once they’ve seen the value and feel confident in the method.
Nobody's Buying? Let's Solve It!
that's the sentence i hear most from people who've done everything right. the community exists. people joined. some of them even post and comment. and then nothing happens, and you start wondering "what's the problem?" that's September's theme inside Community Income Mastermind, and it isn't a random topic i picked. in Community Income Mastermind we focus on TRAFFIC, ENGAGEMENT, and MONETIZATION: - you can't monetize a room nobody's in. that's Traffic. - you can't monetize a room that's silent. that's Engagement. - and when both of those are working and still nobody's buying, that's Monetization. September is that third one. SEPTEMBER in Community Income Mastermind: - week 1, the webinar. TOO GOOD TO BE FREE. - week 2, two workshops. we build it together. run twice, timezone friendly. - week 3, no events. you're building it. i keep you accountable. - week 4, two hot seat / Q&A calls. also run twice to accommodate for time zones. plus some productivity sessions i'm adding, to help you actually execute. join if you can, no drama if you can't. ➡️ join Community Income Mastermind for $37/m until 1st Sep (going to be $97/m) with 7-day free trial first. cancel anytime. p.s. this is post 4 in a series of 8. p.p.s. glad to have @Vladimir Belokapov part of the CIM crew.

@Vladimir Belokapov I completely agree. The monthly focus keeps things fresh while still giving everyone enough time to really dive into one topic and take action. The structure makes it much easier to stay consistent.

🎥 Scent of a Woman. Movie Night.
missed it yesterday. but even more reasons to share this one today. cause we - me & my hubby - are celebrating our 24th wedding anniversary today & (the drum roll) the theme of the wedding was Oscar nominations. and our first dance was a tango from Scent of a Woman movie. we even took 3-4 dancing lessons to perform that, properly. now, the movie. i mean, yes, it is an old one. 1992. but, Al Pacino, getting Oscar, for his role - you can't argue that?! why i like it? apart from it was my wedding dance... - life brings us people, weird ppl - even if for a weekend - who we can learn from - life gives us cross-roads and it's up to us to make the decision, it might change the trajectory - so, don't dismiss those - be yourself, be passionate, love what you have and act on it if you decide to watch, ask yourself these questions to turn this into “therapy/coaching session”: - are you too focused on problems/disadvantages you have vs your strengths? - what opportunities are you dismissing right now? - are you making everything out of what you have? - is there a mentor you are dismissing? - anything else comes to your mind while you watch this movie? give us some love & tell me if you are going to watch this ⬇️

@Lidia Axe Happy 24th anniversary! That’s such a beautiful story, especially having the tango as your first dance. I love how you connected the movie to real-life lessons too. Definitely sounds worth watching!
Don't Join Community Income Mastermind If Any of These Are True
i'd rather lose you today than take your money and have you quietly regret it in six weeks. i've been on the other side of that and it's a horrible feeling. 1. you don't want to be checked on. yesterday i said the thing that killed your last purchase was that nobody noticed when you stopped. i notice. i check on you every week: - post a plan and don't do it, i'll ask about it. - go quiet for three weeks, you'll hear from me. some people find that motivating. some want to lurk. you know which one you are. 2. you need this to work in 30 days. it might. but it's like promising you'll win in a lottery. i'd rather say that now than take a payment against a timeline i don't believe in. 3. you can't dedicate at least 2-3 hours a week. if you're in a season where those hours don't exist - new baby, big job, something hard - that's not a character flaw. it's the wrong month. again, nothing wrong with you if any of the above is true. if you want to lurk, don't really have time right now to build your business, don't know exactly what you want to build, stay here - Community Builders HQ is the right room. it's free and not going anywhere. if none of those landed, you're exactly who Community Mastermind Income is for. ➡️ join Community Income Mastermind for $37/m until 1st Sep (going to be $97/m). p.s. this is post 2 in a series of 8. p.p.s. glad to have @Kathy Fluch part of the CIM crew

@Lidia Axe I really respect this approach. Being honest about who the offer is for and who it isn’t for builds much more trust than simply trying to make every person buy. The focus on accountability and realistic expectations is especially valuable.
