Gratitude Leads to Happiness
Today we move with gratitude for these incredible bodies and all they allow us to do. To bend, twist, squat, breathe, and move in any way is a gift. Wherever you’re at, there is beauty in that. Let’s move with appreciation and treat our bodies with the care and respect they deserve.
