Hello everyone, I am Natalee and I am the principal of the Australian Meditation and Holistic Counselling College based here in Australia. I work in the space of meditation, nervous system regulation, and holistic counselling, with a strong focus on practical tools people can actually use in real life, not just theory that looks good on paper. Our college supports people who feel called to help others, often career-changers, carers, educators, and those who’ve done their own inner work and now want to deepen it or share it professionally. Everything we teach is grounded, trauma-aware, and focused on presence, self-responsibility, and genuine wellbeing. You might have noticed I’ve been a bit quieter toward the end of the visibility challenge. You can: - follow the full 30-day challenge - or dip in and out and take simple actions that feel right for you It’s flexible. No pressure. You can also buddy up with someone for support and accountability. Winners will be chosen from the top 10 on the leaderboard, and there will be real prizes. Self-Care Challenges (alternate months) I don’t want this group to be about pushing all year long. So on the alternate months, we’ll run a Self-Care Challenge. You choose one self-care focus for the month and share how it’s going. Winners will be community-voted.
