Gratitude ( 3 things ) Intention - what do I want out of today, priming your subconscious to attract the means to complete that. Affirmations - to reinforce my belief for my next goal for example: I will have moved to Lisbon, Portugal by 28th of April 2025. Lastly: Q. What am I feeling? - I write the emotion, and then the underlying emotion, then I sit with it, for a time of 5-10 minutes depending on the intensity Emotion - Guilt Underlying emotion - angry ----- The underlying emotion is how you feel about how you feel Mostly it's anger/guilt - cause most of the time we are, Pro- tip : Anger is actually good, and is better than apathy or grief. After the time passes, I ask myself Can I allow this feeling? Could I let go of this feeling? Would I let go of this feeling? The psychology behind this exercise is to not only release the emotion you are feeling right now, but also to release the accumulated emotion over the years. That anger from that incident, the thing, with each time you release, a new memory that has been repressed comes up, within just a week you feel lighter, faster, more in control. There's key thing to do before this exercise, that is to set the intention behind this exercise.
