I usually create automation when it comes to having a funnel, even if it is organic or ads. This is how I pick n8n or make Choose the CRM (or database) to add all lead. Base on my form (if qualified), decide after 3 minute the email of the person slide-in my database, I send an email with my cal.com inside cal.com, I create a bunch of system that can send, email, SMS, etc... With an Automation I can generate a proposal fast with AI, only thing require is the script of our call and infos of the person's business if the Person accepts, then he paid Simple Automation on paper yes, but require logic haha. Hope I help you guys, because you don't really need the automation, that's a system. The automation I create it for saving "time/cost/energy", it has its own advantage.
