Don’t Feel Like It? Do It Anyway
Some days you just don’t feel like it. Moving, showing up, making the effort. Do it anyway. Those are the days that matter most. The days we don’t feel like it, but show up anyway, are where the real progress happens. Stay consistent. Move your body, even if you don’t feel like it.

I recently read an Arthur C Brooks book! "The Meaning of Your Life." Funny that you mention him, he is new to me. His book had a lot of wisdom!

I do these sessions outside, and sometimes I can't tell the difference between your birds and my birds. It makes me feel like there's some mystical connection across the ocean between Finland and the high desert of the US Southwest. It's kind of magical!

I spent the weekend listening to interviews with Fred Rogers and was reminded how powerful simple encouragement can be. Today, move without needing more information. Move with genuine wonder and awe. Move well and be well.
