A little bit about myself, I'm based in Chicago IL, always think about success, better life, better version of me, financial, time freedom to support, educate my kids, and help others. This is my why I joined in real estate industry. My weaknesses are, fear of public speaking, social media post, technology, etc. My strengths are, self-motivated, goal-oriented and detail-oriented personality. What an amazing and mind altering past few months its been. Yesterday marked our final class of YM2. It’s been an incredible few months diving deep into the multifamily space and capital raising. But when you sign up for this course, you don’t just walk away with knowledge — you walk away with a community. You gain friendships, mentors, and a completely new way of seeing life, love, business, and how you operate day to day. It’s bittersweet to see this chapter come to a close because I’ll definitely miss our Monday night sessions. But I’m beyond excited to take everything I’ve learned and put it into action as we move forward with our upcoming deals. A huge thank you to Marichel and Yonnick for your support, mentorship, and guidance along the way — it truly means a lot.
