BOLT Score
When working with clients, how often should we be checking their BOLT score to track any changes to their CO2 tolerance?

Hi Sarah, I am hoping an Administrator can answer this. Can you note what part of the program you are referring to? I am new to all of this here, but do work in knowing people's tolerance level as a Certified Personal Trainer.
Breathwork currently saving my lungs/ life!
I’ve been battling pneumonia for 4 days now. Onset was my narcissistic abusive family finally kicking me out for being Autistic- the body holds the score and I immediately developed pneumonia that day from their actions. For the last 4 days I’ve hardly been able to sleep, eat, or breath without intense pain and gagging each breath. Only thing getting me through is focusing on my breath. 3 in 4 out very gently is getting me through. Sometimes I can extend to 4 in 6 out which is my personal favorite!! Lots of air hunger which I haven’t experienced before in my life, and it’s really scary. I see and have experienced how Breathwork can help me get through the moment and when it feels like I’m dying or suffocating I just go back to counting my breath and calming my mind and body down. Halfway through functional breathing Cert. I also viscerally understand now… people with air hunger or other medical concerns can greatly benefit from breathwork! And I’m adapting it to fit me rn with the 3 in 4 out. When I’m healthy I can do long breath holds and all sort of crazy stuff… but rn I need to be so gentle and work with my body to make it through this pneumonia. Wish me healing! And also luck cuz my family is kicking me to the curb and I’m legit looking at being homeless soon. Being disabled is real rough, but I never give up! Plus I’m going to write a book soon on cPTSD & narc abuse recovery. I didn’t go through hell & have my parents try to kill me for nothing.

I cannot imagine all you have been through and are going through. Gentle breathwork is one of the most beautiful things to do and know, yet many of us did not "know." I am so glad this class and this work is helping you through life each moment. The breathing has helped in ways I never knew were available including using it before doing my Father's Eulogy, coming up on just about a year ago. I didn't know there were so many styles back then as I just joined this course now, but the one I knew and used, got me through so so much. TY for sharing. I wish there was more I could say to help. The facilitators here are doing an amazing job in keeping us safe and giving us tools.
Cannot access the classrooms materials purchased
I have downloaded the link 3 or 4 times since I joined ReWild. Thus far, all I have been able to access are the 2 live teaching portions sent via a zoom link and the Reeild Community on Skool. Whenever I click Classroom there is nothing but an intro. Then it asks me to pay. I bought the course in full during the 2nd day of the 3 day live. How do I access the content and is the link also available via email? I was told before purchasing that Skool ap was not mandatory and that it was more of a Community resource to gather. Thanks for the help. I have been itching to dig in numerous times. I love the program thus far via the 5 live events including the 3 day and the 1st 2 live classroom zooms.

Welcome to the ReWild Breathwork (free) Community
Welcome, I’m so glad you’re here. First, be sure to download the SKOOL app, it's much easier to pop in on the go. This space was created as a free community for anyone curious about breathwork, the nervous system, and somatic healing. It’s a place to learn, connect, and share the tools that support nervous system repair and embodied living. Here’s what you’ll find inside: - Resources and practices to support regulation and resilience - Space to share reflections - Opportunities to connect with others exploring similar paths - Our accredited Trauma-Aware Functional Breathwork Certification To keep this space safe and grounded, we ask everyone to honor these values: 1. Confidentiality & Respect 2. Share From Your Own Experience 3. Nervous System Safety First 4. Educational, Not Prescriptive 5. Curiosity & Openness First Post: Introduce Yourself To get started, introduce yourself in the comments below. By doing this, you'll gain access to our classroom of materials. You might share: - Your name & where you’re joining from - What drew you to breathwork or somatic healing - One intention you’re bringing into this community I’ll go first: I’m Jamie Janko, founder of ReWild Breathwork. I move between Bali, Dublin, and Los Angeles. Breathwork profoundly shifted my own nervous system and opened a path toward deeper embodiment and clarity. My intention here is to create a grounded, supportive space where you can explore this work for yourself. Now it’s your turn, I look forward to meeting you. Jamie

Excited to be here and have enjoyed 5 live Zoom sessions to date. Having trouble with classroom content as link is still grey and I’ve tried to gain access, downloading the Skool ap numerous times since joining on day 2 before the live that day.
