Bio: I am 77 years young and enjoy crafts & a healthy lifestyle. IAFF has helped me lose 75 pounds and I thank God for Travis & his help.

Bio: I started at 467 lbs at my heaviest. I am now under 200. Goal weight is 130. I have had 2 heart attacks, a stroke. Determined to be healthy!
