We've been in business for 5 years now with a tshirt subscription model. It's a monthly tee we design and ship along with a couple items and a sticker. The concept is incredibly simple and the setup is really straightforward. My goal for the community will be to teach anyone that wants to have this business model to set it up for their own niche. We currently are the only tshirt subscription for chicken owners. Yeah, you heard that right. Super niche and very profitable with no direct competition. We have about 1100 subs and will do roughly $500K this year out of our living room.
