Welcome to the group...I'm working on it.
In short, I'm working on this group so feel free to join and I'll be adding content soon to get this built out the way it should work. We've been in business for 5 years now with a tshirt subscription model. It's a monthly tee we design and ship along with a couple items and a sticker. The concept is incredibly simple and the setup is really straightforward. My goal for the community will be to teach anyone that wants to have this business model to set it up for their own niche. We currently are the only tshirt subscription for chicken owners. Yeah, you heard that right. Super niche and very profitable with no direct competition. We have about 1100 subs and will do roughly $500K this year out of our living room. And the truth is that anyone can do this in any niche with the model I have all but perfected from a logistics standpoint. Share your business below and let's see if we can help direct you to MRR in a great way!

@Samanda Rasmussen I’m working on what videos I need to post. What are some things you’d be interested in learning aside from the obvious overall setup? Btw, checked out your community and you could have some hilarious tees. 😂

@Samanda Rasmussen that actually helps a lot. Ground zero here we come. 😁
Consistency wins
I’ve had a lot of businesses over the last 20 years and would call myself a serial entrepreneur. The thing is that I really wasn’t tho. I was more of a serial freelancer. Being a freelancer you trade your time for money. Being an entrepreneur you delegate and grow based on other resources. And your own of course. The point is that I’ve learned a few things I wanted to share. 1. Consistency wins. It’s all about showing up no matter who you are or what you’re doing. Social media, show up. Ads. Show up. Making new products/refining your product, do it all the time. Learning a new skill, any skill, practice it. You gotta show up every day for years before it works. 2. It’s going to take longer than you think. It just will. Whatever your timeline for success, it’s longer. Markets change. Buyers change. You change. Life happens. Expect to be in this for the long haul. 3. Don’t start over. During this long time you’ll be tempted to restart. Or reiterate. Or even jump from one biz to another thinking it’ll be better. It won’t. You’ll have the same issues because you never actually solved the problem. Just stick with it. You can do it. I hope this helps someone. Whatever your plan, whatever your goal, know I’m here cheering you on. I’m not where I want to be either so let’s build something amazing.

Bios are always awkward. Husband and father of 5. Love business stuff. Basketball coach and food snob. Good?
