For the past few months as I'm getting deeper into learning new things and taking on more marketing responsibilities, I'm finding I can't get to sleep due to a busy brain. Does anyone else experience this? The thoughts aren't random, their great ideas that come to me and i don't want to loose them, so I've noticed I become restless and can't sleep well....I found a hack that changes that. I now keep a note book next to my bed and brain dump all the stuff rattling around in my head. 80% of it is pure gold, creative ideas in different areas of our business. Once I have brain dumped, I find I now can let go and relax into a much better sleep. I classify this as a Win - capturing my creative moments to bette my business and getting a good nights sleep.
