@James Dunleavy I actually started my journey in 2019 as a self taught Dispatcher for my husband O/O and my brothers Hot Shot. And doing that I got really good at it, dealing with brokers lies and trying to rip off drivers. At that moment I decided that I will become a Honest broker and pay drivers as they should be paid. I already have my MC# &DOT ,EIN, Articles that last step I have to do is pay for my bond. So in order to make the money ,I just said why not start your dispatch service. So that's why I decided to start Dispatch University to learn ALL I can to be Successful
