I joined this community after I heard Nsima talk about rope flow and movement on Tim Ferris' podcast. I joined the community expecting to learn about rope flow, I got that, but what i was not expecting was how engaging the community is. People are supportive and ready to provide helpful feedback in a kind way. Furthermore, Nsima himself engages with the community, responding to comments, doing the weekly call. Its great, and its genuine.
