Do you believe in any extreme diet trend?
I’m thinking like carnivore, paleo, keto, maybe vegan?- Im not exactly sure about the plant based eating is so extreme. What are your thoughts?

@Jake Hill Yeah i know science is not everything, but carnivore is about only meat and fat, and there is already some people who had problems about it. But i dont know what’s the truth in long term because i know someone who was carnivore for 2 years and had no problems from that at all. So it’s more of if that we don’t know, than what we know.
