Mychal from Los Angeles. Played since I was 3 or 4. Have been close to scratch but currently close to breaking 80 once more. Fun fact, took a lesson from a guy who got to teach Tiger Woods a few times; I’ve been trying to find him I am not sure if he’s still alive but I’d like to thank him for his coaching. I played in high school then gave it up for awhile, but now back at it thanks to an old friend who is nothing short of obsessed! I’m the muni king haha! Want to get more people interested in the game, maybe 1 in 100 people I meet plays. Let’s use this group to bring that number down and hopefully get more to break 100 too. Love this group!

first tee, freshman, high school golf match on varsity number one seed coach watching…hit a duck in the neck and it died (aw) off the tee and ball went in water. I was nervous. Triple bogeyed that hole. Shot 1 under on the next 8. I guess i needed to get that out of my system to shoot 2 over for 9? Poor duck. RIP.
