I joined this community when I was at my rock bottom.
I didn't know how to fix my injuries properly and had fear of returning back to movements like dips and muscle ups because of wrist pain
I went from not being able to do pushups pain free to dipping +50kg raw thanks to the guidance of coach Samuel.
I haven't even properly finished a single block(5weeks) due to inconsistency(repeated week1&2 multiple times)and still made progress around +10kg in my lifts & perfected my muscle ups from scratch.
