40 unguided meditation
I was on a 4 hour flight last week and it’s always been a habit of mine for years to listen to podcasts from the moment i enter the airport until i land at my destination, i find it more beneficial than cheap entertainment/escapism hacks. that being said I had downloaded an ekhart tolle guided meditation of about 30 mins and once it finished i started paying attention to my heart beats which the only reason i can hear was because i had noise canceling esrbuds in and a noise canceling headphones on top of it 😆…… short story longer, i entered this transcendent state and i know this is subjective to everyone but it’s as if i could view myself from the 3rd person and was walking in the airport once i arrived connor mcgregor orangutan style and it wasn’t coming from a place of arrogance just from a place of high confidence that i was taught to suppress because it made ppl around feel inferior, insecure and insignificant. now im stuck chasing that meditation high that really helped me nail my meeting which took place in another country and based on mediocre people i should’ve been jet lagged or something maybe 🤔 but even if u are it shouldn’t be used as a crutch to lean on for one’s own shortcomings.

100%…. see u there
tried holotropic breathing today
i'm keen to create you guys some guided breathwork exercises and meditations that you can use at any time. little update from my life: been working 11 hour shifts, back to bacj (another 5 days left and then back to my normal schedule of 2 days per week) i've built some tension and back pain, and been really tested with my beliefs, perception and state of energy. it;s no secret im actually trying to quit my job right now, so to have to wrk 12 days of 11 hour shifts back to back is a massive test for me.. doing well.

Seems like you’ve come out the other end, in one piece without a doubt. do you try to use escapism as a coping method while on your job, is it healthy or even possible?
Meditation 140 days in a row
I've meditated 140 days in a row and its changed my entire way i experience the world. Practice has been 90% of the time 40 minutes of meditation first thing in the morning, followed by 10-20 minute slow walk and just existing. Benefits I've noticed: - Less automatic reactivity in stressful situations, I can control how I respond. Remember its the actions that matter (i.e in an argument you can lash out in hate or take a breathe and react rationally or with love) - Cognitive benefits, I just feel more sharp and thoughts are just better - Trauma has surfaced and passed - resulting in a deep sense of peace. It's like 6 months ago I was unconsciously always in a fight or flight state and now I'm straight chilling constantly having an underlying feeling of safety. - Social situations / anxiety literally just doesn't exist anymore. Not just social but anxiety about the future has disappeared too. I'll post some tips on psychology too soon :) Hope this motivates you to be consistent with meditation, it's a fucking sensational habit that actually changes your life. Beyond surface level bs so common in self improvement, this actually works.

goals ✊🏻
56 days of meditation, and a total shift
all beliefs regarding stress, anxiety, judgement and jealousy relevant to where im at life right now, has been eradicated. i feel like im living life on creative mode. 3 months of daily uploads. 56 days of meditation. best i've ever felt. so much closer to my goals. all praise belongs to god. i wish i started this process earlier. next goal: focus on beliefs and identity relating to physical exercise, discipline, gym transformation, diet, etc. i am missing the link of physical exercise in my day to day life.

my pleasure bruv, I’ll start with being consistent with meditation, been doing it for years but not more than once or twice a week which is a mistake, though i feel like it alienates me from everyone else who has their umbilical cord plugged into the “norm”. anyways is there a chance we could have a group meditation session like once a week? or even brainstorming calls? @Taylan Bagriyanik
