Can I register at DreamHost using a different email than the one I registered with Max Business School?

Hi, I am as you can see the name😁.. My first time. Learnt up to lesson 0.16 of module zero, but my progress slider is still at 0%, not moving and no where to comment below. Is this normal? Coz in one of the demo videos I saw at 0.7 it was on 2%. Help please
