I’m officially 92 days in and I have been serious, dedicated, and committed to taking complete ownership and full responsibility for my life. 🙌🏽 My words for 2026 I have recently decided are: MASTERY + EXPANSION I am committed to MASTERING my professional coaching skills. And to do so, I am so grateful to currently advance my skills as an ICF- accredited intuitive life coach AND holistic wellness life coach. Between that and Ed’s Expert Coach Accelerator I have everything I need to excel. ☺️ And more important than any skills or coaching tool I use to facilitate change, I am embodying what it takes to be build powerful coaching relationships as the foundation and catalyst for all growth and change my clients undertake. I get to EXPAND my capacity for growth in myself and others. This may be the end of my 90-day written challenge to commit to taking full responsibility of my life, but this is only just the beginning of so much more. I am developing incredible intuition, coaching, articulate speaking, and sales/marketing skills. Every cell in my body is expanding and awakening to new possibilities. I find solutions easily and handle challenges with ease. I owe it to myself to see how great it can get!

I take complete ownership and full responsibility for my life. 🙌🏽 I love moving fast and taking radical action, but I also love following my intuitive nudges and slowing down where needed. And, that balance is all apart of the process. This week I have been slowing down a bit and getting more clearer or my direction long-term and I’m so excited where this is all headed.

I am a response-able adult. I take complete ownership and full responsibility for my life. Every cell in my body is expanding and awakening to new possibilities. I'm literally on fire with creative energy. I'm developing incredible intuition, coaching, articulate speaking, and sales/marketing skills. I get to design my life the way I want to, and it feels incredibly fulfilling and nourishing. P.S. And yes, I've updated my profile and picture to reflect this fresh new energy. 🙌🏽✨
