We Lost a Good One Last Night ๐Ÿ’” ๐Ÿถ
Hey guys - First of all I apologize for anyone who was planning on attending the New Member Onboarding Call today. I had to cancel due to a chaotic week of a family death on Friday and unexpectedly putting our dog down last night ๐Ÿ’” I appreciate all of you for understanding and 2026 will be a great year for this community! I have a lot of good things planned. I hope you all have a great Christmas/Holiday Season with your families โค๏ธ

Using multiple prompts/GPT's to refine a final video script
Whats up everyone, quick question. I am getting so much better with script writing using AI. One of the things that I have done is create multiple GPT's that focus on different things. For example, the first one makes the entire script - its purely creative and broad. I copy all the chapters onto a google doc once I have an entire script. Then re paste that script into another GPT that focuses on adding curiosity loops, etc.. all the things we would do to make it engaging content. It rewrites it with those things in mind. Then, finally.. I put the entire script through one last GPT that makes it sound more human. So it again, updates the script a little bit to add a human touch and remove parts that sound robotic. I am wondering if I am over engineering this. The workflow is being done by a staff member so it also is a great way to outsource the work and know that even a non english person V.A can create an amazing output since the GPT's are doing all the heavy lifting. Has anyone done this before? AS in, use multiple prompts or GPT"S for the same long form content to refine it and make it better? Just curious... I kinda just discovered this workflow as I was interacting with a GPT asking it questions about improving output.

Yes I have, and the output its still good/decent.. but its better if you make custom GPT's for each thing. Chat GPT itself recommended this workflow to me as I criticized the output. It said that its better then dumping all my requirements in one GPT since some of the behaviors contradict. I did try this, and it indeed made a better output. I think it also comes down to the content your creating. I am doing more complex content around Canadian tax. Its way more nuanced then creating content about some broad non abstract topic. I dont think this over engineering is needed in most uses cases, but for some, it can make your content much better.
AI AVATAR
@Ryan Doser - I am about to go live with my AI avatar. Going to post video shorts on tax topics to hopefully bring in leads for my CPA firm. I am subscriber of yours on youtube and see that you use AI Avatar too. If you dont mind me asking, how has it worked out for you so far? Is it getting the same reception as your regular video? Is Youtube pushing the content out in the exact same way as your real self videos? Just curious how its going for you? Would appreciate any insights you can share. Thank you.

@Ryan Doser Thank you for your feedback. Lets see what happens. I am going to do a hybrid approach, but it will still be 90% AI avatar. My strategy is to start the video with my REAL self and then transition into AI avatar. That way, people will know there is a REAL CPA behind these videos, and not just AI slop. This is for my long form content. I will share my experiences in this group.
Automation to Gather latest Canadian tax news
Hi - I am a CPA in Canada that will be posting tax tips on my youtube channel via a AI Avatar. I have an entire workflow with really cool comic b-roll to make my video engaging based on the script. I want to have a endless content flow of new scripts. I think its always best to talk about current events and then translate them into a tax topic video script. What I am looking to build: 1) I want a AI process that can scan the internet to find any latest news, videos, etc.. on anything to do with the Canadian tax system, tax court decisions, etc.. 2) Bring those pieces of content into a airtable or notion database via a URL link What is the best workflow to set this up? I am going to ask Chat GPT for the answer, but gonna ask you humans first, lol. Thanks
Just joined - introduction
Whats up everyone, I just joined. I love Ryan content and excited to be here. I am starting a virtual CPA firm here in Canada and looking to leverage AI to scale my firm. I am interested in learning content creation strategies on Canadian tax to bring in leads. I am using GHL to manage my entire business. I am also a long time ecommerce Amazon FBA owner with over 250sku's in multiple countries. Everything I sell is are my own brands, not a reseller. Some of the brands I own include: SofaBuddy, Skatro, Serpion pool cues, and Krown Kitchen.

@William Sessions Its a great software and well worth the money, but I am in the beginning part of my learning curve. You get literally all the tools you need to run a business under one roof, so its very convenient. Also, the founders have raised over 100M, its well funded and therefore reliable. Tons of videos tutorials on youtube since literally everyone is an affiliate, lol - that helps too.

@Shelly Frank I totally agree. Thanks for sharing. I think there is a short window to reap in benefits because so many people are doing exactly what you are saying and there will be a point where people are going to be numb to content. That said, I am totally new to filming myself on camera and find it super cringe to see myself on camera. I think thats the first battle I need to overcome :).
