Report Export sync in Google Drive issue

I created a report of contracts data and exported report data in google drive sheet. The date values of contract start and end dates are not recognised as date in google sheet. Is there a solution?

Customised Subject in Activity

When a user does an check-in, Check-out, an activity is created with name such as "Activity for (Ticket) PC hang problem". I want this subject to change to say "Activity-<ticket_no>-<customer_name>". Is this possible? If yes how?

@Pavan Joshi Issue is not there right now. But this is reoccurs now and then and gets resolved itself after a certain time. If the technical team has diagnosed the reason, please resolve it permanently.
