Most people jump straight to: – cold DMs – fancy agents – automated follow-ups Before answering ONE basic question: “Why would someone reply to me?” Here’s the real order that works: 1.Clear niche (who exactly you help) 2.Clear problem (what pain they already feel) 3.Clear outcome (what changes after you help) 4.THEN automation If you automate step 4 without steps 1–3, you’re just spamming faster.
