Question for agency owners working with real clients: When a new lead comes in, where does the process usually break down? Is it responding quickly, following up consistently, qualifying the lead, getting them booked, or keeping track of everything? I'm curious how you're handling this today and what still requires too much manual work. Not every problem needs AI or automation, so I'd rather understand how people are actually managing these processes before jumping to solutions. What's the biggest headache in your current lead-handling process?

@Zain Adtani That's a good point. Which channel do you see this happening most with: phone calls, website enquiries, or WhatsApp?

@Ali Abdullah That ownership piece is important. Did you build the nudge into the CRM itself, or connect a separate automation to track leads that haven't been touched?

@Vedant Heda The booking logic needs the same attention. I'd make sure unavailable slots, duplicate bookings, and failed writes are handled before the agent confirms anything.
Looking for B2B Closers
I'm building the sales partner network at Revyx Systems, where we deliver AI automation, integrations, and custom business systems. I'm looking for people who can identify opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and turn conversations into paid projects. This is a remote, performance-based partnership with 30% commission per closed project. No fixed salary. I'm more interested in your actual sales experience than a polished CV. If you've sold B2B services or worked with agencies before, DM me a quick introduction along with a short Loom video explaining your experience and the kind of clients or deals you've worked on. Let's talk if there's a fit.

Been quiet here for a month, not because I've run out of things to say. I've been spending that time building, experimenting, working through technical problems, and figuring out what I actually want Revyx Systems to become. One thing I've realized: building AI solutions is the easy part to talk about. Building something a business can genuinely rely on is a different challenge altogether. There's a lot happening behind the scenes that I haven't shared here yet. Time to change that. Over the next few weeks, I'll be sharing more of what we're building, the problems we're solving, and what goes into making these systems work beyond a demo. For those building agencies or working on AI projects, what have you been busy building lately?
So my Internship at a Bank is finally over!
6 weeks ago I posted about starting my internship at a bank. It's finally over, and ngl, mixed feelings. Okay so, it was a good experience, no cap, genuinely learned a lot. But also... kinda boring? Like the full corporate environment just isn't it for someone who's obsessed with entrepreneurship. The 9-to-5, sit-in-your-cubicle energy was giving something I did not vibe with. Good experience though, for real, zero regrets. Anyway life said "no rest for you" apparently, because I've been so busy (grateful, not complaining). Landed a remote job as a Content Strategist for a US company, which is honestly kind of a flex I'm still processing. I don't know why, but everything in my life decided to get busy at the exact same time. It's giving glow-up era, but also giving "why am I like this," send help, I have mixed feelings and I'm not even mad about it.

Bro went from internship to remote job real quick. Funny how things get busy all at once when you’ve been waiting for things to happen. Congrats, keep it going!
