Hi can someone guide that after new updates of meta what are the major changes and how should we setup new campaigns. Should we not do any targeting?

I hope everyone is doing great. Today, I received this from a client on LinkedIn. To me this seems more like a scam or something as the person's linkedin profile has only 3 connections, no posts, no about and no educational details, I mean nothing that can convince me to send him proposal. Need your thoughts on this. Should I send him the proposal or not?

I am running ads in Isb, Wah, hazro but receiving leads from kamoki, karachi, Peshwar. Is there any solution to it? Plus i started a message campaign it performed well in the start gave 20-25 messages per day but in previous 2 days it gave 2-3 leads. Assalam O Alaikum, Hey team, I’m facing an issue accessing Business Manager from Business Suite. Whenever I try to open the Business Manager via a direct link or through the “Business Settings” option in Business Suite, it always redirects me back to the Business Suite instead of opening the Business Manager backend. Can anyone please explain why this is happening?
