Need Help:
I hope everyone is doing great. Today, I received this from a client on LinkedIn. To me this seems more like a scam or something as the person's linkedin profile has only 3 connections, no posts, no about and no educational details, I mean nothing that can convince me to send him proposal.
Need your thoughts on this. Should I send him the proposal or not?
