A question for people exploring AI content creation:
I’ve mostly figured out the AI side of content around viral video replication and avatar/clone-style videos. Just curious if this is actually in demand right now. Or are most people looking for something different that current tools don’t really solve yet? Also, what does a reasonable monthly spend look like for content creation tools for you?

How many of you create content on social media?
I do...🙌 But the real question is: how many of you are able to keep up with it? Are you consistent with: - Posting daily (or 2-3x/week) - Remembering trends - Extracting audios that go viral Hooks, pitches, flow, editing, font, and the list goes on.... It's really hard to keep up with everything, all at once, without assistance. ADHD becomes a cherry on top in this stack... I automated my social media accounts completely. The system fetches viral content and creates videos for my channel by itself. Just wanted to know how you guys are keeping up. What platform has been working for you lately?🙌

@Bill Widmer I do have my company's social media running on this agent but mostly we're just testing these videos and the flow of the agent on this account, not focused on virality or anything for now. Here's the link: https://www.instagram.com/theagentive.ai/

@Alena Sladkovská Haha yeah that “no dopamine = I’m out” loop is too real😅 That’s honestly why I leaned into systems… takes the pressure off needing motivation every single day.

Identity Crisis
Lately, I’ve been feeling something I don’t think we talk about enough as founders… An identity crisis. Not in a dramatic, everything-is-falling-apart kind of way… More like, “Wait… what am I actually building right now?” And if I’m being real with you—The Founder's Guild is going through that with me. Who am I as a solo leader? What is this community without my co-founder? I think there’s this expectation that once you “pick a path,” you’re supposed to just lock in and go. But that’s not actually how it works. Growth changes you. And when you change… your business has to change, too. Steve Jobs got kicked out of Apple. The company HE started. And during that time, he went through a massive identity shift. He started NeXT. He invested in Pixar. He refined his taste, his philosophy, his leadership. And when he came back to Apple— He didn’t just “execute better.” He built a completely different company than before. Elon Musk went from PayPal → rockets → electric cars → AI. Even Oprah Winfrey shifted from news anchor → talk show host → network owner → spiritual teacher. So maybe the identity crisis isn’t a bug… Maybe it’s a signal. A signal that: - You’re outgrowing your current container - Your vision is expanding faster than your structure - You’re being asked to get more honest about what you actually want For me right now, that looks like: Letting go of what I think this should be Getting real about what actually feels aligned And being willing to rebuild parts of this from a deeper place Even if it’s messy. Even if it’s unclear. Even if I don't come across as the "perfect community leader who has it all together all the time." And I have a feeling I’m not the only one. If you’re building something—especially with ADHD—you probably feel this too sometimes. That tension between wanting clarity and constantly evolving. So instead of pretending I have it all figured out… I’m choosing to share this with you. Because this community isn’t about perfection. It NEVER was.

This is very relatable and true. In my case, such identity crises have worked the best for me. Sometimes, in business, outgrowing current container means the current service/product you were working for isn't in demand. That happens because not just founders, but people also change and adapt with time. I began as a mere developer. My company, Kodexo Labs, was a software dev and design company. These identity signals made me move to Custom AI solutions. And the very identity signals are the reason that im building AI Agents and automations along with those custom projects. These identity crisis actually help you grow and find the space you nurture better in. @Bill Widmer
ADHD Real talk: how expensive is distraction?
ADHD tax sucks (the price we pay for missed appointments, late payment fees, etc.) So I'm curious. If you had to estimate… How much money does distraction cost you in a year?

I used to underestimate this a LOT. Most of the “cost” for me wasn’t missed work… it was missed follow-ups and appointments slipping through. Ended up fixing it by automating scheduling + reminders completely, calls, texts, confirmations, reschedules, all handled. Not perfect, but it removed a huge chunk of that “ADHD tax” without needing more discipline. Worked for me, works for my clients. Win-win!
