The first course basically teaches us to be responsible and go step by step. donot hurry in the courses. Go easy and go with flow. Learn the basic rules and regulations of the community. Like how new members should go about in making their recognotion in the community. They must follow the community rules curated for them in order for the members to improve and excel by following some basic rules like posting daily, being active and show responsibility in their actions. Donot take shortcuts. The things elaborated in this first course are very basic but still most of us find those difficult and I think it is because we lack in consistent outcomes. Writinf Journals, notes seems very easy for a day but when u try to do it concistently and want to make it a part of your routine, there comes the difficult part. We can relate this concept taught in this lecture with our practice of Prayers, We do offer prayer for 1 day, 2 day then after some managing it gets difficult. The summary is everything in the first will be difficult all you have to do is consistently do what you think is for your best and try to remain consistent because everything will not be served on a plate to you. One has to work I WONT HARD FOR NOW in order to achieve something.

There is this thing with me that I have been a chain smoker for about 8 years now. I have gathered myself around the fact that I am quitiing it now. Today I smoke the last cig of my life and I am not goona smoke from now onwards.Even if I do I want to minimize to a level that in the end It is gone for good
