Confused about niche selection despite 4+ years learning journey
Salam everyone ๐Ÿ‘‹ Recently I watched the video in "Learn Smart Freelancing" about "How to select your niche / services", and it really made me think about my own journey. I realized that one of my biggest mistakes was switching fields again and again. In 2021, I learned Graphic Designing (CorelDraw) for about 7 months. In 2022, I shifted to Lead Generation and went to Bahawalpur where I also learned Upwork and helped manage a new startup account (bidding, client chat, profile handling). After that I came back home due to family reasons, then I started learning Web Development (Frontend + Laravel). I worked around 6 months in a startup agency and worked on a transport website project as frontend developer, and also did some basic backend routing and on-page SEO. Later I again went to Bahawalpur in 2024 to focus on Upwork with a friend. We opened a small office with 4โ€“5 people. Work didnโ€™t run well, but I learned a lot. Then I had to come back home again because of family situation. After that I again worked with other one friend, helped him learn Lead Generation and Upwork, and his profile started growing, but my own account didnโ€™t grow much. In late 2025 I went again to learn GoHighLevel, completed the course, handled a friendโ€™s profile, and his profile reached around $3k in 2 months, but my own account is still struggling even after using many connects. Now I joined this school community, learning daily, watching Mental Mastery + Freelancing lectures, and trying to stay consistent. Honestly, I feel I have experience, but still not getting stable results. Sometimes I think the main problem is niche selection and lack of focus. I would really appreciate advice from seniors: Should I stick to one skill now (like GHL / Lead Gen / Upwork bidding), or choose something new and start fresh? Trying hard, InshaAllah this year I want to start proper earning. ๐Ÿ’ช

Wa-Alaikum Salam. Aap ki journey parh kar ye lagta hai ke aap ne kaafi cheezein seekhi hain aur effort bhi bohat kiya hai. Issue zyada skill ki kami ka nahi lagta, balkay bar-bar direction change hone ka lagta hai. Jab bhi kisi field me thora momentum banta hai, kisi wajah se aap next cheez ki taraf move ho jate ho, is liye experience spread ho jata hai lekin proper compounding start nahi ho pati. Aap ne Graphic Design, Lead Generation, Upwork bidding, Web Development aur GoHighLevel sab touch kiya hai. Is ka matlab ye hai ke aapko freelancing ecosystem ki kaafi understanding hai. Bohat se beginners ko ye clarity bhi nahi hoti. Lekin ab agar aap phir koi bilkul nayi skill start karte ho, to chances hain ke wahi cycle repeat ho jaye. Meri personal opinion ye hai ke ab ek direction choose karo jahan aapki previous skills already connect karti hon. Jaise Lead Generation, Upwork profile management/bidding, ya GoHighLevel.... ye sab services ek dusre se related bhi hain aur in me clients milne ke chances bhi hote hain. Agar aap in me se kisi ek par long term focus rakhte ho to aapka previous experience waste nahi jayega balkay usi me stack hona start ho jayega. Aur ek important baat: aap ne mention kiya ke aap ne apne friend ki profile grow karne me help ki aur usko results mile. Is ka matlab ye hai ke aapko system samajh aa chuka hai. Kabhi kabhi apni profile grow hone me time lagta hai, lekin understanding already valuable hoti hai. Is stage par shayad solution nayi cheez seekhna nahi, balkay ek cheez ko consistently push karna hai jab tak us me authority aur results build na ho jayein. Freelancing me real growth tab aati hai jab skill + patience + consistency ek hi direction me lagte hain.

VIDEO-2 - DAILY JOURNAL - Routine ( Energy, time, resources )
I watched Sir Haroon Khalilโ€™s video โ€œMake $1kโ€“$10k in 30 Days - Daily Journal Series (Video 2)โ€.The video was 27 minutes. But it took me 3 hours to absorb. Because real learning takes time. The First Lesson: Protect Your Morning Energy Success starts the night before. Plan tomorrow today. Write your tasks. Decide your priorities. Morning energy is gold. Do not waste it deciding small things. Wake up. Say thank you. Gratitude first. Our Life Runs on Three Resources Three things run our lives. Time. Energy. Resources. Money is one resource., Health is another. Experience is also a resource. Guard them carefully. Many people waste it, But winners use small time pockets. Waiting somewhere? Learn something. Traveling? Listen to knowledge. Your mobile phone can be a teacher. Or a thief. Choice is yours. Save Your Brainโ€™s Data Your brain has a data package. When overloaded, it becomes tired. Sleepy. Confused. So build a second brain. Use a notebook.Or digital notes. Write everything important and retrieve it without putting a burden on your brain again. Ideas.Plans.Lessons. Your mind becomes lighter. Thinking becomes clearer. The Cookie Jar Method Create a Cookie Jar. Not for eating. For remembering wins. Small wins. Tiny progress. Good lessons. Write them. When you feel low, Open the jar. Pick one cookie memory. Energy returns again. Stop Lying to Yourself Many people say, โ€œI want success.โ€ But they avoid the path. No discipline. Noย learning. No action. That is self-deception. Truth hurts. But truth also heals. Think Like a Hero Never call yourself worthless. You are Ashraf-ul-Makhlooq. The best creation. Walk like a hero. Think like a hero. Become your own biggest fan. Choose role models. Study their habits. their mindset. Then design your future self. Write it clearly. How you wake. How you work. How you speak. How you serve. Then align your thoughts, words, and actions. Big Dreams. Tiny Steps. Dream huge.

AI UGC ADS Day 7
AI UGC ADS โ€“ Day 7 : Script Variations & Testing Framework ๐ŸŽฏ Goal of the day: Today was about learning how to create multiple variations of the same script and understanding how creative testing works in advertising. Instead of producing only one ad, brands create several variations of the same ad to test which one performs best. I learned how to build a systematic variation framework, how to test different elements of a script, and how to think like a media buyer instead of just a script writer. ๐Ÿ”Ž What I Did Today I learned that winning ads are not written once โ€” they are discovered through testing. Brands rarely run a single ad. Instead, they run 5โ€“10 variations of the same ad, changing small elements to see which version performs best. These variations help brands understand: โ€ข Which hook stops the scroll โ€ข Which CTA drives more clicks โ€ข Which proof builds the most trust โ€ข Which tone connects with the audience The most important rule is: Change only ONE element at a time. If multiple elements change at once, it becomes impossible to understand which change improved the performance. 1๏ธโƒฃ Hook Variations The hook is the first 3โ€“5 seconds of the video. This is the moment where the viewer decides whether to continue watching or scroll away. The script remains the same, but the opening line changes. Examples of hook variations: โ€ข Question Hook โ€ข Bold Claim Hook โ€ข Statistic Hook โ€ข Curiosity Hook โ€ข Direct Hook Example: โ€œIf your acne keeps coming back no matter what you tryโ€ฆ listen.โ€ Another variation: โ€œWhy does acne always come back right when your skin starts clearing?โ€ Testing hooks helps determine which opening grabs the most attention. 2๏ธโƒฃ CTA Variations CTA means Call To Action. This is the ending part of the video where you guide the viewer on what to do next. Different CTAs can influence how many viewers actually take action. Examples: โ€ข โ€œLink in bio.โ€ โ€ข โ€œTry it yourself.โ€ โ€ข โ€œCheck the link and see if it works for you.โ€ โ€ข โ€œUse the discount code below.โ€ Even small CTA changes can affect click-through rates and conversions.

๐Ÿš€ Day 1 โ€“ AI Production Setup & Research Main Objective: Day 1 was focused on building the foundation. I did not create any ads yet. The goal was to set up all required AI platforms, explore their features, understand pricing/credits, and see how everything connects before starting production. ๐Ÿ”ง Platforms I Set Up & Explored 1๏ธโƒฃ HeyGen - Signed up and explored the free plan. - Learned how text-to-video works (write a prompt โ†’ platform generates a production-ready video with visuals, B-roll, and edits). - Explored AI avatars (photo-based cloning + custom virtual characters). - Reviewed templates like news and presentation formats. - Understood the credit system and pricing tiers. 2๏ธโƒฃ ElevenLabs - Explored text-to-speech generation. - Tested voice cloning and voice changer features. - Learned about voice isolation and sound tools. - Reviewed subscription plans and monthly credit usage. 3๏ธโƒฃ Kling AI - Explored AI image and video generation (more animation-style content). - Tested motion controls and free credits. - Compared free vs paid plans. 4๏ธโƒฃ Hix AI (Higgsfield) - Explored image/video generation tools. - Checked face swap and character creation options. - Reviewed pricing and limited free credits. 5๏ธโƒฃ Canva + CapCut + Premiere Pro - Canva for thumbnails and simple visuals. - Premiere Pro for full professional editing. - CapCut mainly for subtitles. ๐Ÿ“š What I Learned - How each AI tool serves a different role (avatars, voice, video, editing). - How credit-based pricing works across platforms. - The strengths and limitations of free versions. - How these tools can combine to create AI-powered UGC ads. - Watched tutorials for every platform to fully understand workflows. โœ… Day 1 Outcome - Accounts created on all major platforms. - Features explored and tested. - Pricing & upgrade plans understood. - Clear idea of which tools Iโ€™ll use for what purpose. ๐ŸŽฏ Summary Day 1 was about research, setup, and understanding the ecosystem. No production yet โ€” just building knowledge and clarity.
