Lofty is Awesome
I’m now a big fan of Lofty and the reason why is the property alerts. Faster and more accurate than Real Scout…. I am curious about your thoughts and what is your experience from your current clients have been? Thank you in advance for all your help.

What's your take?
Everybody is going crazy in a good way mostly about REAL Broker buying REMax. I'm just curious to hear your thoughts on this. Me personally, I think it's great to have an older company step into all the technology and support you get with REAL. Of course I am partial to the fact that they will be getting Lofty for a smoking deal. LOL!!!!! This is a general discussion, let's keep it productive and friendly. This really should not effect anybody's business, just curious on your thoughts on such a big move.

I just moved away from RE/MAX late 2025 and before the switch I was with RE/MAX for 28 years. I honestly believe that the Real Broker merger is a good move for RE/MAX and now "Real RE/MAX Broker"... RE/MAX has a lot of Brick and Mortar multiple locations all over the USA... Looks like all of the commission structures will be changing for a lot of folks, but RE/MAX maybe now will stay relevant because of REAL Brokers new high tech approach with the adoption A.I. along with the deployment of other high tech tools that RE/MAX obviously will need in the future... I'm guessing that most RE/MAX broker owners will like this merger and will make the adjustments soon after, but congratulations to REAL BROKERS.

Lofty New Smart Plan Builder
Lofty just did another update, this time to the smart plan builder. They have been rolling it out to all accounts, but took forever to get mine updated. This is a glimpse of Laura Garcia's so you can see what it looks like. I am going super deep on this and will have lots of training videos and a live session on this soon.
