5 Minute Wakeup Yoga Routine
Do this 5-minute morning yoga routine to kickstart your day with energy and focus. Remember to listen to your body and breathe deeply throughout the practice. Let's flow! Do Each pose for 1 Minute or 3-5 Breathes. 1. Child's Pose (Balasana)- Start on your hands and knees.- Sit back on your heels, reaching your arms forward and lowering your forehead to the mat. 2. Cat-Cow Stretch (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana)- Come onto all fours (hands under shoulders, knees under hips).- Inhale, arch your back (cow pose), and lift your head and tailbone.- Exhale, round your spine (cat pose), tucking your chin to your chest. 3. Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)- From all fours, lift your hips up and back, forming an inverted V shape.- Press your palms into the mat, heels toward the ground. 4. Forward Fold (Uttanasana)- Stand with feet hip-width apart.- Hinge at your hips, folding forward.- Bend your knees slightly if needed. 5. Mountain Pose (Tadasana):- Slowly roll up to standing.- Stand tall with feet together or hip-width apart.- Reach your arms overhead, palms facing each other
