Did you know that your astrological sign might have changed due to the Earth's axis shift? Let's dive into the fascinating science behind it! Astronomy vs. Astrology: The Distinction Astronomy is the scientific study of everything in outer space. It deals with celestial objects, their movements, and the laws of the universe. Astrology on the other hand, is not science. It's a belief system that associates personality traits and events with the positions of celestial bodies (such as planets and stars). The Zodiac Calendar Shift- Back in 2011, astronomers from the Minnesota Planetarium Society discovered that the alignment of stars had shifted due to the moon's gravitational pull on Earth.- As Earth's axis changed direction, the astrological signs of the western zodiac moved back approximately a month in the calendar.- This meant that people who had been reading Virgo horoscopes might actually be Leo's, and there was even a new sign introduced: Ophiuchus for those born between Nov. 29 and Dec. Ophiuchus: The 13th Zodiac Sign- Ophiuchus is often referred to as the "Serpent Bearer." It lies along the ecliptic, just like the other 12 zodiac constellations. However, the Babylonians, who originally established the zodiac, left out Ophiuchus entirely to fit their 12-month calendar.- In reality, the sun moves through 13 constellations, not just 12. So, NASA didn't change any zodiac signs; they simply did the math based on the stars' actual placement in space. Change and Perspective Our reality can shift when perceptions change. The constellations themselves aren't moving; it's Earth's view of them that has changed.- So, like life, in space, change can sometimes be a matter of perspective.

5 Minute Wakeup Yoga Routine
Do this 5-minute morning yoga routine to kickstart your day with energy and focus. Remember to listen to your body and breathe deeply throughout the practice. Let's flow! Do Each pose for 1 Minute or 3-5 Breathes. 1. Child's Pose (Balasana)- Start on your hands and knees.- Sit back on your heels, reaching your arms forward and lowering your forehead to the mat. 2. Cat-Cow Stretch (Marjaryasana-Bitilasana)- Come onto all fours (hands under shoulders, knees under hips).- Inhale, arch your back (cow pose), and lift your head and tailbone.- Exhale, round your spine (cat pose), tucking your chin to your chest. 3. Downward Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana)- From all fours, lift your hips up and back, forming an inverted V shape.- Press your palms into the mat, heels toward the ground. 4. Forward Fold (Uttanasana)- Stand with feet hip-width apart.- Hinge at your hips, folding forward.- Bend your knees slightly if needed. 5. Mountain Pose (Tadasana):- Slowly roll up to standing.- Stand tall with feet together or hip-width apart.- Reach your arms overhead, palms facing each other

Lavender for Sleep
I have this pillow that is filled with lavender and honestly I love it! I basically smother myself with it as I am falling asleep lol I want to change it up a little tho- Does anyone else use essential oils or diffusers or anything for sleep? What do you like?
