Friday Motivation 🎯
As we head into the weekend, I wanted to give you all a bit of motivation. I've collected a bunch of wins over the last few weeks from inside the Accelerator to inspire you all to keep on pushing: - Chris Watson: Has grown his agency from an early prototype to $110,000 in sales within six months, plus another $50,000 in grants and wins. - David Ortiz: Has generate $45,000+ in AI projects within just over two months of joining and focusing on AIOS. - Jordan Engstrom: Launched his AI automation agency and received his first-ever client payment. - Divyan & Jay: Went from two founders with an idea and zero clients to landing their first paid AI consulting audit with a local business. - Lukas Lanx: Grew from €5,000 in month one to €20,000 collected in month two, including €16,000 in monthly recurring revenue. - Dylan King: Secured his first paid AI client and collected an initial £1,200 payment. - Daniel Romero Vergara: Closed his first $15,000 client and built a further $140,000 sales pipeline within the following month. Use this as motivation going into this weekend. These are your two free days to bring your agency to life and start taking advantage of the AI wave. P.S. I've just opened up a few diagnostic calls with some of our team. If you want to have a chat, you can book in here before they get booked: https://calendly.com/aaa-accelerator/aaa-accelerator-alignment-call-skool-p Keep pushing!

Where the women at?! 😊
Collaboration is powerful. But it can turn on you fast if you don't protect yourself.
I wouldn't have a business without collaboration. Partnering with consultants has given me access to clients I'd never have reached alone. I'm genuinely grateful for those experiences. But here's what I've learned the hard way: it's like a marriage. You don't know who someone really is until the honeymoon phase ends. Everyone manages their worst instincts while things are smooth. The moment pressure hits - missed deadlines, scope questions, awkward client conversations - you find out what you're actually dealing with. As the builder, you're usually the one exposed. The consultant owns the client relationship. When loyalties are tested, they'll swing toward the client almost every time. That's rational - the client is their long-term income. But it means you can end up blindsided in meetings where the consultant is promising things you haven't costed, haven't agreed to and now can't push back on without looking difficult. It's happened to me more than once. I naively assumed partnership meant we were aligned. Instead I was left holding commitments I never made. Your only safety net is the contract. Roles. Scope. What happens when new work gets promised without agreement. Get all of it in writing before you start. Not after the first problem - BEFORE. I still regret the times I skipped this step. Don't repeat my mistakes.

That's good to know ahead of time, thank you.
I'm all in!
Hey everyone! I'm Monique, a mum from South London. Before becoming a full-time carer for my two youngest autistic nonspeaking genius children, I worked in bingo halls, nightclubs, and elderly care, so I've never been afraid of hard work or late nights! Now I channel all of that into advocacy, storytelling, and building Harmony Hearts, a network for families of nonspeaking autistic children. I'm also about to release a memoir. I've been building something for a little while now and I've hit the point where the vision is outrunning the tools. and so, I am genuinely excited to be here. My goal is twofold. To use AI to grow and streamline my own work, and to get good enough to build and create for others too. Small businesses, community organisations, people with a big vision but without the corporate budget or the tech team. I completely agree that smaller businesses deserve the same tools as the corporate giants, and I want to be someone who helps make that happen. My why runs deep. I want to generate real income from this so I can fund physical spaces, proper centres where families like mine can come together, get support, and feel seen. I have five incredible kids, one of whom is already carving his own path in tech, and every single thing I build is for all of them and the wider community. Good thing I'm a natural night owl! While the boys are asleep, I'm here, studying and building in the wee hours. This already feels right, and I can't wait to get stuck in with you all.

@Guillermo Osorio Odegard Thank you, and to you too. I'm kinda new to it I am like a kid in a sweetshop and starting several things at once but will focus on one at a time once my book is out but it's also good to learn stuff and see how many ideas I have. I have only been able to grow recently thanks to having AI when I couldn't pay a human so I am grateful to be able to stretch my capabilities after such a long time.
