I noticed some of the addresses on the Texas state funds website are from other places—like one in Canada and another in California. Why is that? I thought the address would match the state where the funds are listed, not Texas.

Has anyone worked South Carolina State Funds? Is this a state you have to invoice client or they send the payment to you? What is the max finder fee amount? Also, do I have to be a registered investigator?
