coreclub

I joined the Core Club Free Masterclass in bits and pieces over a few months. Finally I sat and watched the whole thing from start to end and it was so tremendously helpful that I knew the CoreClub could only further enhance that knowledge. I am now heavy into my first 75 day glow-up with this group and I could not be happier. I love the addition of the tools and apps to help log and track. I am a huge fan of the workout plans! I haven't felt that organized and planned in the gym EVER.
