I have a question, @William Welch . What are some of the best body weight exercises for legs? This is an area where I could use some improvement. I'm looking to add some leg magicalness (it's a word!) to my workouts. Thanks!!

What did you get in today? I hit shoulders and back before work. Picked up 10K steps as a bonus. One more day, Brother. Then we do it again next month 👊
