CHALLENGE DAY 4- How are we doing?
How is everyone doing with this Challenge? If you are feeling like it won't do much for you, I want to say you will be wrong. The Challenge isn't about who can do the most, or move the most distance in a short amount of time. It's about building a habit that will yield more benefits than you might think. These benefits may include: - Better mobility - Increased physical capacity - Improved immune system - More energy - The ability to maintain healthy habits - And much more It does not even take that much time out of your day to not only accomplish this small win everyday, it also shows you that you can stack wins and build momentum, self-confidence, and a better quality of life. So.... How is everyone doing?

CHALLENGE DAY 2- How's everyone doing?
Day 2 is here. How is your challenge coming along? I understand fitness can be complicated and frustrating. That's one of the reasons I posted this challenge. All you have to do is move or exercise for 15-30 minutes each day, and yes, walking for 15 minutes counts. Comment below to show what you have accomplished.

That's awesome. The world needs more physically fit people. As for the challenge. If people do a walk for 15 minutes each day, that still counts.

A December to Remember Challenge
I have a challenge for everyone. Since it is the holiday season, and delicious foods are plentiful, I propose a small movement challenge. This challenge will be for the entire month of December. The Challenge is simple: - 15-30 minutes of Cardio and/or Resistance training - You have to log your workouts through general discussion. This can encourage others to join in - Day 1 will be a benchmark for how much you are able to do in that timeframe - Day 31 will show how much improvement you made - The cardio/resistance training is your choice - You can use the Workouts provided in the classroom, or workouts of your choice, as long as you record it everyday - It is optional to provide an appropriate body pic of your start day and the final day. This can show you how much change you went through. The same applies to recording bodyweight Any questions, don't hesitate to ask. Work hard. Improve yourself. Be the Hero. You got this.
