February Challenge
Next month will involve a month long challenge to help with building fitness into everyday life. I am down to hear what ideas on different challenges people would like to complete.
Good body weight exercises for legs?
I have a question, @William Welch . What are some of the best body weight exercises for legs? This is an area where I could use some improvement. I'm looking to add some leg magicalness (it's a word!) to my workouts. Thanks!!

Great Question. Squats, Good Mornings, and Lunges are awesome to hit your legs. Calf Raises are good, but the calves adapt easily. Sissy Squats, are great for Quad Development. And Glute Bridges help develop that Cake

@Luke Smith awesome. I managed a 20 minute run on incline 1 for the treadmill, but I also don't include my lifting

@Luke Smith mine was decent. I worked some extra hours at the range while my main job was off. Santa left me on "Read" tho
