Mariah: curious how you’re offering discount in EVED funnel?
Hi @Mariah Coz (and anyone else using this) Now that you’re running your membership sign-ups through Skool would you mind sharing how you’re offering a discount in the funnel from EVED? I know originally, it was like $100 off as a sort of “back door” discount for Profit Architecture, but since Skool doesn’t offer coupon codes, are you doing something else? Thank you!! ❤️
Instagram reach low question?
Hi friends, Instagram jail question! I have a client who's reach has been way down, and I've been doing some research, and wondering if anyone here has any other thoughts or insights on sudden reach drop on IG? I've tried and am trying all my normal tricks, but thought I'd see if you lovelies had some good ideas :) Thanks in advance!

Instagram also changed how they count views. They only count views if someone engages with the reel, not just scrolls past it in their feed. So if their views are down that might be why, too.
Thoughts on Skool's new Affiliate Program?
Skool announced today that it now has an affiliate program which is SUPER easy to set up, pay out, and easy for our members to use. Because my membership is for one year, with an option to pay monthly ($1970 or $197/mo) and it's a one year membership, not month-to-month the Skool affiliates won't work for me. Right now, I run my checkout through Thrivecart because it's recurring, not something they can cancel after a month or two. But the ease of Skool's affiliates is really making me rethink this. I think these are my options, wondering if anyone else is thinking through this: *Keep my Thrivecart checkout where it's clear that it isn't a month-to-month membership but a one year subscription and not worry about affiliates *Keep Thrivecart and use Thrivecart's affiliate system which feels clunky and would be more complicated for my members to use (and maybe a barrier to them using it) *Use Skool and have an annual and monthly membership, and have it clear on sales page, maybe even a contract they sign after joining, that it is a one year commitment, and then use Skool's affiliate program This is a lot. If anyone has stuck with me this long, THANK YOU. Wondering if anyone else is thinking through all of this after the announcement today. @Mariah Coz do you run affiliates? Or just not worry about it?

@Mariah Coz THANK YOU. I needed you to talk me off the ledge of distraction. 😅
Do I need 2 Skool groups in order to sell an all-access membership and individual courses?
I have an all-access membership in Skool with access to all of my courses (similar model as Profit Architecture) but if I want to sell low ticket single courses, would it need to be a separate Skool group? Because otherwise they’d have access to the paid community? @Mariah Coz tagging you since you know what I’m trying to set up. 🤍

@Marisa Pell yes! Same. My membership is higher ticket so I want them to feel special and exclusive. Thanks for your help with this. Needed to talk it out! 😅
Champagne anxiety 🍾
I just wrote a champagne email for an upcoming workshop I'm doing about running a research lab (I coach women professors). When I was writing it, I was like, "I'm going to be putting off all of those newbies who have never run a lab before" but pressed on with the champagne mentality that those will be attracted anyway. Does anyone else have champagne anxiety? I feel like I never have it on things like coaching mindset and time management, but for some reason this lab management stuff got me feeling anxious.

Just want to encourage you that if I was a newbie, reading your champagne client email, I'd have two thoughts: 1. I'd be excited and motivated that you sent this to me and that you see this as something I could accomplish. 2. I'd see it as a challenge and something I want to accomplish for myself. So DO IT! Send it! ❤️
