Should I only outreach to business owners?

Often, business owners are busy, and your message might be missed. Someone who checks emails/DM’s more often, like VA’s or managers, could pass your message on to the person who runs the business. Spot on, Tyson! šŸš€ Business owners are often the 'bottleneck' for DMs, while a Sales Director or Ops Manager is actively looking for ways to hit their KPIs. As an AI Engineer, I’ve found that the most effective outreach happens when you lead with a Technical Signal. Instead of just asking for the 'Head Honcho,' I look for companies using specific tools (like a messy Zapier setup or a slow customer support chat) and reach out to the Manager in charge of that process. When you show them exactly where their 'plumbing' is leaking, they become your biggest internal advocate to the owner. Has anyone else tried targeting the 'Problem Owner' instead of just the 'Business Owner'?
