Life got in the way✨️
It's been a while since I've posted and engaged with this community. Life got hectic, but that's no excuse. I'm looking forward to reconnecting with the amazing coaches here.

@Aleksandra Glapinska I like the analogy, a means of transport.
Actions count more than words.
I Just want to share a little episode with my 16 year old daughter this morning. When we were both living home there was a black bag in the lift I assumed one of our” lovely”😊 neighbours decided to leave it. Knowing my teenager obviously she started complaining (bla, bla, bla…😁) I kept myself quiet. Has I was leaving the lift I decided to bring the bag and throw it in the bin. She looked at me and say “Mum I am so proud of you”. and give me a Hug. That Small actions made both of our day much more meaningful.♥️

True, small incremental steps goes a long way.
Help, I'm confused ... Fighting procrastination
How would you solve the problem of procrastinating? I know the things I like doing but I barely take any action towards them... I just spent my day running errands band brainlessly scrolling... What advice can you share with me? Thanks!

I completely understand how overwhelming procrastination can feel. I've been there too, caught up in running errands and mindlessly scrolling through distractions. What's helped me is breaking tasks into smaller, actionable steps and setting aside dedicated time for things I love. It's about finding a balance and being kind to yourself when setbacks happen. Remember, progress, no matter how small, is still progress. You're capable of overcoming this! Keep taking those steps forward, and celebrate your victories along the way.

I help people who are stuck in their journey by aiding their transformation, to become better versions of themselves.
