I can't go running as my city has a very high AQI. I am going for a interview Tommorow so yeah I am going to talk to stranger Since I have an interview tomorrow, I will use that opportunity to talk to a stranger. Staying off the phone for a evening is easy I usually do it.

@Alex Boke Interview was decent I have realised that I am too under confident while taking in-person with strangers specially if the opposite person is very professional and confident. I am willing to go to the gym, but my current financial condition prevents me from going.

I took off EVERY APP ON MY PHONE Except for basic things and this app lmao Omg it’s hard asf I felt miserable the first few hours but I was able to think a bit more clearly My minds always so busy but honestly I was able to focus better ! I took them off bc I saw the diary of a ceo podcast And hellll NO I don’t want to be a zombie WEEK 2 of no social media DAY 1 of everything else 🤣

I took off my social media, but I find myself replacing it with YouTube and Netflix which makes me think it’s the same thing…replacing one addiction with another. I haven’t been watching stupid things on yt I’ve been watching informational things about business and such but still Any advice….?

I am currently facing the same problem. I haven't been scrolling through reels for months, but I'm struggling to reduce my time on YouTube. I find it harder to quit YouTube than Instagram because I need it for learning, but I still need to exercise more control.
