Agency partner opportunity
Looking for an AI/technical partner to build something with. Here's the setup: I'm building a done-for-you outbound agency — cold email + LinkedIn — that books qualified sales calls for B2B clients on a results-guaranteed basis. Also will be selling Ai automations in the same area such as follow up systems etc. I come from high-ticket sales and closing and have now moved over to marketing. I handle getting clients on calls and closing. The sales, client relationships, and operations. That side's covered. What I need is someone who can own the technical fulfilment — Claude, Instantly, n8n, Clay, Apollo, AI reply agents, deliverability etc. If you're spending your days building this stuff, this is the commercial vehicle to monetise it. I'm not at idea stage. The pipeline, offer, and pricing are already mapped. I just don't want to be the one wiring automations while also closing. Before we talk numbers, show me something you’ve built. A workflow, a system, a result you’ve generated. Doesn’t need to be polished. Just show me you can actually do the thing. DM me what you're working on (Ps bonus points if you’ve built or can build lead gen systems)
Prompt/context
This both have their own important. Still wanna know about your thoughts on this!!? Something shifted in how Claude actually works — and most people haven't caught up yet. What this is: Context Engineering is the practice of building the information Claude sees before you type anything — identity files, voice profiles, reusable skills — instead of trying to write the "perfect prompt." Why it matters: A perfect prompt fixes one conversation. A context system fixes every conversation you'll ever have. That's the compounding advantage. How to do it — build these 3 files this weekend: Identity file: Your name, role, current project, decisions already made. Claude stops second-guessing obvious things. Voice file: How you write, what you find cringe, your contrarian takes. Copy-paste prompt to build it: "Interview me about how I write and think. Ask me 10 questions about my tone, my opinions, and what I hate reading online. Then write my voice profile." Anti-AI words list: Every word Claude should never use when writing as you. Start with: delve, it's worth noting, in today's fast-paced world, nuanced, tapestry. Load these into Claude's Custom Instructions or a Project. Every conversation gets dramatically better — same prompts, different context. Try this now: Open Claude. Type: "Interview me to build my voice profile. Ask me 10 questions." Spend 10 minutes on it. Save the result. That's your voice file done. What's the one word you're most tired of seeing Claude use? Drop it below — I'll add the best ones to my own list

#AISChallenge
Hey everyone here is my introduction (again with more context): 20+ years in performance improvement. 5 months into AI and automation. That combination is why I'm here. My name is Chris Sharkey. I run Sharkitect Digital out of Kansas City. Most people in the AI space sell automations. I don't. I sell an AI Transformation Partnership — built around one mission: helping small businesses understand, trust, and actually implement AI into their operations. Not by handing them tools. By diagnosing their systems and solving at the root. Good doctors don't write prescriptions the second you walk in. They diagnose first. That's the model. Three months ago I started applying this with real clients. First engagement: a construction company that reached out for a completely different project. I sat with them. Ran the diagnosis. Mapped their workflow end to end. What they called for wasn't the real problem. It was a problem — just not the one bleeding them out. Once I showed them what was actually happening, it was clear: they were spending 80–100 hours every week doing nothing but manually moving data from one place to another. By hand. 35 minutes per estimate. Calculation errors costing them real bids. They didn't fully realize how much it was costing them until we put it on paper. So I built the solution around how they already work. No new system to learn. No process overhaul. It adapted to them — not the other way around. Training took less than two hours. Adoption was immediate. 35 minutes → 30 seconds. They're saving $104K–$156K annually in labor alone. That's the original project they called about? Still on the list. Just no longer a priority. Within the first month, they saw the shift. We're now working on two additional projects together — each one targeting a different operational bottleneck. None of it is built in isolation. Every system is designed to stack, integrate, compound, and scale. Each build talks to the last. The business gets smarter with every layer, not just bigger.

Day 3 Built
Hi everyone, i built a LinkedIn post writer that uses your tone of voice. I did go thruogh it about three times because the first time i noticed that Claude used "—" a lot and I said, nobody but AI uses that, and then it gave me three things listed (example AI is used by computer scientists, lab scientists, mechanics) and told it that is typical AI. I also noticed it used big words like brief, and I told it to tone it down, and go basic, just use the word short. In the end it was getting closer to my voice. I told it that whenever we use it next time, and I see more results, we can always refine it more. It was fun and this is useful knowing that you can always add new skills that Claude can use. Interested to know what i will learn next!
