What’s up Everyone. I’m Mohamed and I was born in Egypt 🇪🇬 but raised all of my life in Queens, NY. I’ve been working out on and off for about 3 years now and started up with coach MD I believe since February. I’m here to encourage and support all of you guys as well as to receive the same energy and Love back from this dope community. I need consistency in my life. Almost there... ⏳ We’re close to the finish line! It’s not about perfect days; it’s about showing up anyway and building real discipline 👊 What’s been the toughest part for you so far? Push-ups, reading, intentional movement, or finding the time P.S. Just finished my push-ups for today 💪 Wait for my scream at the end 😉

Day 7 - Keep Showing Up 💪
We’re 7 days into the challenge already 👊 You’ve probably heard it takes about 21 days to build a habit and around 66 days for it to stick. Whatever the exact number is, the main thing is that consistency takes time. If you’ve made it this far, nice work. And if you’ve had to restart, just keep going - that’s part of it too. Day 5 - Halfway Point 🔥
We’re halfway through the challenge, so let’s take a second to look at what we’ve already stacks up 💪 If you’ve been following along, by now you’ve already done at least 100 push-ups, read 50 pages or 50 minutes, and gotten in 50 minutes of intentional movement. That’s consistency right there - showing up every day, even when it’s small, and letting it add up over time.
