My consistency from going to the HIIT gym to the self workout in my backyard/garage now that the weather is finally reasonable to my eating habits. These are my wins from my past week and a half. GRATEFUL!!!

Big congratulations to the young Buck here @Michael Dent 🎓 Michael just graduated college, which is a huge accomplishment… but honestly, it’s been awesome watching his growth outside the classroom too over the past year. Fitness started as a way to improve his body and confidence, but it also became a way to build discipline, find community, and really figure out who he is becoming. That’s what this is all about. Happy Friday Movement Lab 👊 Before we head into the weekend, I want to hear one thing you’re proud of from this past week. Could be a workout. Could be staying consistent. Could be getting outside more, eating better, sleeping better, handling stress better… or something completely unrelated to fitness. Big win or small win, it counts. Progress is progress, and sometimes the small things are the things that matter most long term. Let’s hear it 👇

What’s up everyone? I gotta say I’m proud of my consistency with my eating habits and watching my weight go down. I’m just working now on getting rid of my body fat and tighten up my stomach and the rest of my body. One day at a time…. I’m also proud and happy for all of your guys accomplishments and thank you for sharing it on here. ✌🏾❤️💪🏾
