May 31st, my $25k goal finish line.
This was a big goal for me. It stretched me, and changed me. Did I make &25k? Nope. Did I make $10k? Nope. Did I make $1k? Nope. I made $330. And that’s only because my mom hired me to be her personal trainer. (That’s my bachelors degree coming in clutch). In the month of May I had 21 sales calls. Some were no shows, some were unqualified, but at that volume, I should have had some closes. So here are three things I learned: 1- I need to work on my sales and discovery skills. (I am going through the training right now and will be practicing) 2- I need to do more in person networking, since 8 of those calls came as a result of in person events. 3- I need to make a plan in order to reach a goal, it isn’t going to automatically happen if I just focus on volume without direction. I would love to hop on calls with some people to practice sales calls. Does anyone else feel like they would benefit from some kind of practice session of sorts? So what now? New month, same goal. But this time I’m making a plan and have a better foundation to start from. To June! 🥂

@Michelle McCartney thanks Michelle(:
What would you do with an extra 2 hours a day?
I just helped an insurance broker named Kailey save herself 2 hours a day in 40 minutes🤯 Here's what I set up for her: Call Filtering system: so that when she received a (probably work related)call from an unknown number on the weekend, it would be filtered and go straight to voicemail. Missed Call text back: 82% of clients would drop a broker over slow response times. So when she doesn't answer a phone call, right after they hang up they receive a text message saying "sorry, I'm busy with my family or helping another client right now. I will reach back out within 24 hours." Call recording and summaries: Kailey takes all her calls on the phone, and she has been recording them and then manually typing them all out. Now they are recorded, transcribed, organized, and summarized without her needing to do anything. You can save time too! Here are some of my favorite automation apps. Am thankful and excited!!🍇🦋
I am excited and grateful. Two weeks ago, I quit my job due to childcare issues. My job was not allowing me the flexibility to pick up my children from school, and as a single mom and first-generation immigrant with no family around, I was forced to make a choice between my job and my kids. I chose my kids. In the middle of all that uncertainty, I was working with Michelle to create my low-ticket offer, and we finished it last week. This may sound small to many, but yesterday I made TWO sales. 🥹 And for me, this is more than just sales. It is hope. It is confirmation. It is a reminder that humble beginnings still matter and that God honors faithfulness, even in small starts. I am believing for more growth, more impact, and more women served, but today I just wanted to pause for a moment and thank God for this beginning. 🦋

Yessss
I hate this.
I have been seeing someone recently posting in their group. And they almost always say something like “90% of you will have failed at business by Christmas” I get that statistics are a thing. But it’s not very encouraging, and it sure doesn’t make me want to work with them. Anyone else feel this way? Or am I being too sensitive? 🤣
