March Progress pics
Yesterday I took your advice @George Santos and kept the rest time short (1-2min) between my 50 pullups and 100 pushups. I felt *PUMPED* it was awesome! Thanks man! Other than exercise, recently I've upped my animal food intake (meat, eggs, cheese, butter) significantly while still fasting and results really show. The other photo is from me two years ago.

💭What does Freedom mean to you?
Hi warriors, What does freedom mean to you? For a long time I thought freedom was tied to things. Possessions. Goals. A certain idea of how life should look. Then I started thinking about it differently. Our perception is shaped by childhood, the people around us, and the media we consume often without us even noticing. Without metacognition, without consciously questioning our own thoughts, truly free thinking is harder than it sounds. For me, freedom is no longer a concept. It’s a feeling. Specifically: the feeling of gratitude and happiness. Being able to move freely is both expression and gratitude for me. Gratitude for a body that works, that grows, that carries me through life. Freedom is the ability to spend as much time with my loved ones, without worrying about financially security. I've been blessed so much, over the years. I get to spend almost everyday with my wife, working side by side and enjoying every moment together.

@George Santos it's been good for the mind as well. Crazy but I'm excited to get back to Qatar, despite all going on. Yes, it's South Africa. We have amazing forests in parts of the country because of the weather. I'll be back in action next week. Mobility and handstand on deck.

Hi warriors, I caught a cold and was out for a couple of days.. no training. But that’s okay. Today I’m feeling much better and almost back to 100%. Hey @George Santos . Glad you're feeling better. Seems alot of people have been out if commission with colds. I just arrived in South Africa a day and a half ago. We managed to travel out of the Middle East. Today ill get my butt back in the gym, so will update later. By the way, do you have a way for people to get hold of you for coaching, that aren't on Skool?
